By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the Boont.ai website, mobile applications, and related services

• "Service" means our AI-powered conversation-to-book creation service

• "Subscription" means the recurring payment plan for access to our Service

• "Content" means conversations, photographs, text, and other materials you provide

• "Book" means the digital or physical product created from your Content

3. Service Description

Boont.ai transforms your conversations into beautifully designed books through:

• Guided conversation prompts

• Recording and transcription of conversations

• AI-powered content organization and editing

• Digital and physical book creation

4. Account Registration

4.1. To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us of any unauthorized account use

4.2. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1. Subscription Options:

• Monthly subscription billed every month

• Annual subscription billed once per year at a discounted rate

• Additional fees apply for physical books

5.2. Payment Terms:

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• Physical book charges are billed separately

• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5.3. Cancellation:

• Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal date

• Cancellation through website: contact support@boont.ai

• Cancellation through App Store/Google Play: manage through respective platforms

6. Content and Ownership

6.1. Your Content:

• You retain ownership of your Content

• You grant us license to use Content to provide the Service

• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions

• You must not upload illegal or harmful Content

6.2. Our Rights:

• We own all Platform intellectual property

• We may use anonymized data for service improvement

• We may remove Content that violates these Terms

7. Physical Books

7.1. Ordering:

• Physical books are available for additional purchase

• Pricing shown at time of order

• Shipping costs calculated based on destination

7.2. Delivery:

• Delivery times vary by location (typically 8-16 business days)

• Shipping available to most countries

• We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes

7.3. Returns:

• Damaged books may be returned within 14 days

• Customized books cannot be returned unless defective

8. Digital Content

8.1. Access:

• Digital books available during active subscription

• 30-day download period after subscription ends

• Regular backup of digital content recommended

8.2. Restrictions:

• Digital content for personal use only

• No redistribution or commercial use

• No modification of digital books

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.2. You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information

• Keep your account information current

• Protect the privacy of others in your Content

10. Termination

10.1. We may terminate or suspend your account for:

10.2. Upon termination:

• Unprocessed physical book orders will be cancelled

• You have 30 days to download digital content

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

• No warranties of any kind

• No guarantee of continuous service

• Technical issues may occur

11.2. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for indirect damages

• Total liability limited to amounts paid in last 12 months

• Force majeure events excluded

12. Changes to Terms

• Continued use indicates acceptance

13. Dispute Resolution
